►  Track and document your arrests and intake information including warrant information. Reports that you can customize to your specifications, including: Juvenile Complaint Form, PR Bonds, Local Complaint Charging Offense Report, Court Schedule Reports, Arrest Warrant, State Warrant, Medical Intake Screening Report, Printed Intake Form, Prints Jail Log Listing, and Prisoner Property Report.

►  Has your organization ever encountered an emergency situation that required the contacting of emergency response agencies and you had no clear, concise or accurate way of tracking who were called, when and what actions were taken? Identify and track what keys are currently being occupied, who the holder of the key is, who assigned the key, and times the key was given and returned. Run a variety of reports for specific locations, keys, users, check-in and check-out times, and more. With the Key Tracking module you’ll always be able to efficiently monitor the status of your keys and run historical reports for true security.

►  The Parking Permit Module will help you track information about permits issued to employees, students, guests, and/or other persons you may issue parking permits to. Track multiple contacts and vehicles for a permit with tab indicators of how many of each is attached to a permit. Easily search for permits by permit number, contact, or vehicle. Track purchase date, valid date, and expiration date and get prompts when viewing a permit that is expired. Get prompts when viewing a permit that has outstanding citations against contact/vehicle.

►  The Workplace Violence Module is used to document and track occurrences of confrontations of various degrees that take place in the work environment or on company/department property between employees, students, patients, visitors, and others. ►  The BOLO Information Reporting Module allows you to post bulletins to all your users about specific things that need special attention; it gives notice about things to be on the lookout for. Add digital images and descriptions of the topic so your users know exactly what to look for.

►  The Daily Event Log Module gives users and officers the ability to log any and all activities that happened during their shift. The module helps executives document and ascertain what your workforce is doing, when they are doing it, and why they had to do it. You can also generate automatic logs for other activities done within the program such as when reports are created, when citations are written, and when calls are dispatched.

►  Report Exec Professional’s Dispatch module is a sophisticated, yet easy-to-use dispatching system that allows you to quickly handle incoming calls, dispatch officers, and track and document information about the call. Your dispatchers will be provided with all of the tools they need to be able to multi-task, manage, and traffic high volumes of calls accurately and efficiently.

►  Document and Track citations that are issued, allowing you to easily store information on each citation and run a number of reports on citation history, activity, and other statistics as needed. Within the citations module there is a section of free fields where you can customize field titles to guarantee you are tracking pertinent information to your organization.
