Additional Reports

►  Report Exec Enterprise has a variety of reports that can be entered based on your specific needs. These reports include Follow-Up reports, Found Item reports, Lost Item reports, Towed Vehicle reports, and Trespassing reports. Each of these reports allows you to add Contacts, Vehicles, Property, Narrative, External Agencies, Digital Media, Supplements, and Assign Tasks. The various reports allow you to stay organized and enter as much detail as possible.

Clery

►  The "Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Campus Crime Statistics Act" is the landmark federal law, originally known as the "Campus Security Act", that requires colleges and universities across the United States to disclose information about crime on and around their campuses. Report Exec Enterprise will give you the ability to track Clery stats and run a Clery compliant reports.

Emergency Response

►  When an emergency hits you want to be sure that you can track every detail. The Emergency Response module lets you record all of the details and also send group emergency notifications by email with the click of a button. Emergency Response with Competitive Edge Software is quick, easy, and convenient.

Investigation

►  Conduct your investigations with aid from the investigation module. Keep notes through every step of the investigation, tag case reports and other items of importance, and keep track of your progress.

Parking Permit

►  Create parking permits quickly and easily. Set purchase and expiration dates as well as restrictions of the parking permit. Associate the permit to a contact as well as a vehicle which will be linked throughout the entire program.

Traffic Stop

►  This is ideal for officers using the program in their vehicles. While an officer is on a traffic stop the program will begin a countdown (set by the officer), and should the timer go off.

Training

►  Tracking your employee or officer training is extremely important for many internal and external departmental reasons. Being able to retrieve an officers training in a simple click of a button can save you hours of digging through paperwork, trying to find what an officer was trained on, how long, and when. The Training Module will allow you to easily enter and track any and all training your employee or officer completed, including all the details.

Visitor Tracking

►  Visitor Tracking was designed to help keep track of people visiting your facilities who are required to check in and out with reception, the security desk, or with whomever you designate. You can track the time your visitor arrives and the time they are due to leave and query your records to show which visitors are overdue or haven't been checked out properly.
