The Report Exec program was originally created
by programmers with law enforcement experience
who saw a need for quick, detailed reporting out
in the field. Now you can write detailed case
reports, log each individual officer’s daily
events, print professional reports and more. The
Report Exec software suite is an all
encompassing solution that covers all of your
reporting and records management needs.
Records management plays a vital role in law
enforcement which is why we’ve made it easy for
you to generate complete, comprehensive
statistics from all areas of our programs to
spot trends, justify manpower and budgeting, as
well as monitoring employee activity. When you
need information you can get it quickly and
easily from our programs.
In
addition to the case reporting modules our
programs also include the ability to track your
UCR information. The UCR codes used in the
system are based off the national standard set.
Run your Return A, Supplement to Return A’s, and
Age, Sex, Race, or Person’s Involved reports
directly from the program.
The
Arrest and Booking module contains reports that
you can customize to your specifications,
including: Juvenile Complaint Form, PR Bonds,
Local Complaint Charging Offense Report, Court
Schedule Reports, Arrest Warrant, State Warrant,
Medical Intake Screening Report, Printed Intake
Form, Prints Jail Log Listing, and Prisoner
Property Report. Also included in the Arrest and
Booking module are several other modules:
Intake, Medical Screening, Prisoner Property,
Warrant, Jail Logs, and Vehicle Information.
Document and track citations that are issued,
allowing you to easily store information on each
citation and run a number of reports on citation
history, activity, and other statistics as
needed. Within the citations module there is a
section of free fields where you can customize
field titles to guarantee you are tracking
pertinent information to your organization.
