► If your organization
bought into the Dispatch
program, you can download the
client install from the link
below. The other Microsoft
links are required on the client
in order for Dispatch to operate
properly, as well, and they are
one time installs:

Program UPDATE

PROGRAM UPDATE VERSION: 11.06.25
► This section will have all
of the resources you need to perform
a PROGRAM UPDATE of the Report Exec
Enterprise software system.
If you need to do a completely new
install, see the new install section
above.
► If your organization
bought into the Dispatch
program, get the latest version
of the client install from the
link below. The other
Microsoft links are required on
the client in order for Dispatch
to operate properly, as well,
and they are one time installs:

Professional to Enterprise Export
/ Import Info
|
Utilities to export Professional
data and import into Enterprise:
► Professional export: export_report_exec.zip
Extract the exporter into the main
Report Exec Professional server
folder and execute it from there.
When completed, this will create
the XML file the Enterprise importer
will need right in the same Report
Exec Professional server folder.
Note: Depending on the size
of your Professional database and
the perpetual build up, the exporter
could run for several hours.
► Enterprise import: _importer.zip
Extract the contents on to the SQL
server and execute the importer
from there. You will need
access to the Report Exec Professional
server from the SQL server in order
to import the data and target the
needed XML file. When running
the importer, it will ask you for
the XML file, the schema (included
in _importer.zip) and the Report
Exec Professional's pictures server
folder. |
