We have finalized arrangements for the 2009 Competitive Edge User Group Conference. The conference will be held in Nashville, TN, and we will be doing things a little different. Many customers who attended last year’s conference in San Antonio expressed an interest in us increasing the number of days of the conference so we can add more training sessions. The 2009 conference will be a three day conference held from April 6 thru April 8. We will be doing two days of user training and one day of administrative training. Registration fees for the conference break down as follows:
Full 3 day conference: $450 per attendee (4/6/09 thru 4/8/09)
2 day user training only: $400 per attendee (4/6/09 thru 4/7/09)
1 day administrative training only: $200 per attendee (4/8/09)
Registration fees include continental breakfast and lunch on each day the attendee is registered and conference materials for the sessions the attendee is registered for. |

Hotel Information:
The conference will be held at the Holiday Inn Select Vanderbilt in Nashville. We have confirmed a special room rate of $129 per night and this can be reserved by calling 1-877-327-4707 and identifying the group as Competitive Edge or giving the three letter code CEC. All reservations must be made my Friday, March 13, 2009.
The Holiday Inn offers a complimentary local shuttle within a 3 mile radius of the hotel. What is within 3 miles?

Transportation Information:
Multiple forms of transportation are available from Nashville Airport to the hotel; attendees can take a taxi for approximately $25 one way or can use shuttle service from the airport for a group rate of $18 roundtrip. As the conference nears we will be able to provide you with more specific information regarding the shuttle (i.e. where to pick up the shuttle, how to identify yourself for the group rate, etc.). |
